Hi all we use the walkup booking calendar for users to book appointments for remote tech sessions however we are struggling to manage the calendar when we need to change how many appointments are available due to staff leave/sickness etc
It just wont let us if there are any appointments booked anywhere future or passed even though there are slots available in said appointment times.
what we have to do is very clunky and thats set up usres called monday book tuesday book etc and book out the sessions on a time we need to reduce slots.
Any one else having this issues or is it a set up thing that hasnt happened correctly ? have we missed an update maybe (i.e. DD team skipped the update)
Any help ideas very welcome

Hi @MB14.
You should (or any manager with the 'sn_walkup.walkup_manager' role) can edit the schedule to just block out times within the schedule. Please see this video from Jerry which covers it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx7140dM8yA

Hi we know how to block out appointments in bulk when needed however what we need to do is reduce the number of slots on any given day if we have a technician off sick so if we have 5 appointments every half an hr between 09.00 and 12.00 but a technician is off sick we can reduce the appointments to 4. Hope that makes more sense ?
