In addition to using "assignment group" to report on the various tasks (incident, problem, change, request), we have an user/extended field on every assignment group that provides a more consolidated view (rolls up hundreds of groups into 10 or so higher-level groups). I can create the breakdown/breakdown source (the field appears on the choice table), but am unable to figure out what's next. I'm not necessarily looking to create any new widgets at this time, but how do I find the OOB indicator sources/jobs so that I can add this breakdown to them? And, I saw a warning in the documentation about adding to an existing - will this "break" anything, or do I really need to halt regular collection, to create and run a separate job?
