Hi Everyone,
I am new to Performance Analytics and am seeking assistance in creating an indicator that displays all application services and their respective availability based on outages. For instance, if there was an outage last month for Azure lasting 1 hour, the percentage availability would be calculated as follows:
(Available business hours - Outage hours) / Available hours×100
For example:
(16 hours - 1 hour) / 16 hours×100
If no outage availability as 100%
Here is the format I am aiming for in the report:
CI July August
| Datahub | 93.75% | 100% |
| XYZ | 100% | 100% |
Is it possible to achieve this with Performance Analytics? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
