Breakdown for SIR PA dashboard not working properly

Hello,
I've created a dashboard that takes the average SLA definition for "actual elapsed time" in the table below. Currently the dashboard averages all the times across all priorities in the SLA definition. I want it to breakdown so it takes the average of each priority.
The dashboard looks like this, it averages all actual elapsed times and the breakdown in priority shows 0 despite there being data for each priority as shown above.

Open each Data collection job, open the Job Logs tab, review the "Warnings" and "Errors" columns. Open any specific job log and review.
