We have a breakdown to show assigned  to users data & it does not work with user access.(itil,pa admin)

Formula Indicator :  Average time to complete request

Contributing indicators: Total requests & duration of requests.

Breakdown: assigned to

We can view PA report with admin access for multiple users using assigned to breakdown.

This woks fine with admin access 

When we impersonate users then we receive error .

"Breakdown is not available because it does not apply to one or more contributing indicators of the formula"

Not sure if this is still an issue, but I ran into this same error for some users, but not all. Discovered the ones who got this error did not have the pa_viewer role. Might be worth a check.
