Breakdown to show Group Name and Manager Name in Performance analytics/Platform Analytics

I need to create a Performance Analytics breakdown where users can select from a list that shows both Group Name and Manager Name together (example: "Network Team – John Doe").
Is it possible to configure a breakdown so that the value is the group (sys_id), but the label shown to users combines both the group and its manager?
If yes, could someone guide me with the steps to set this up.
