I have a requirement to create a report using Indicators for below existing report filter condition.
In my instance, I have the indicator source with below conditions set.
The difference between these 2 is only of filter 'State' and 'close code'.
What should I go ahead with? Close code or state?
And I would also like to understand the difference between State and close code. And what will be the best approach while creating the report for change requests?

This is a question that needs to be defined in the business requirement. Remember that state is an indicator of the change life cycle where close code is more about if the change that were handled was successful, successful with issues or unsuccessful:
Furthermore, I can see that the condition you have set "implement" is a custom field - correct? what does this refer to? That the change request implementation date is today?
