Create Breakdown by Company in PA

Hi I have created an SLA report through PA and would like to breakdown the report by specific 2 service providers. I am fairly new to PA but I attempted but with no luck. I have used the assignment group.service_provider.parent equal to both the service provider name and using the sys_user_group. Can some send me in the right direction. Thanks.
