Create Breakdown for Caller Country on PA Dashboard for Incidents

Hello,

 

I am fairly new to PA and am having issues getting a report to follow a breakdown. Here is how I am configuring the breakdown:

 

Breakdown Source:

Name: Country

Facts table: Country [core_country]

Active is true

 

Breakdown:

Type: Automated

Name: Country

Breakdown source:  Country

 

Breakdown Mapping:

Facts table: Incident [incident]

Field: Caller Location Country (caller_id.location.u_country)

 

Indicator:

Name: Number of Enterprise open incidents

Indicator source: Incidents.Open

Breakdown: Country

 

When I select the Country on the dashboard, I do not get any incidents returned.

I have another breakdown for Assignment Group that is working fine but I cannot see any differences in how I created the Country Breakdown.

Update: I discovered some of my user profiles did not have the Location field populated. After I updated those records and re-ran the collection jobs, the data is now populating:

Note to self... Make sure the breakdown field is mandatory.

Update: I discovered some of my user profiles did not have the Location field populated. After I updated those records and re-ran the collection jobs, the data is now populating:
