Dashboard is not refreshing

Hello All, 

We have P1 Dashboard to monitor P1 Incident , However looks like its not refreshing in specific interval .

Can some one help me what could be the reason ?or how can we fix it ?

HI @pramn ,

 

Can you please check the schedule jobs associated  for this or Try raising an Hi support case for this issue as we had experienced similar issue in my instance there is no proper fix issue for this where we had to take servicenow support to get the issue fixed

@pramn  Any scheduled jobs or scripts related to the dashboard are running? Sometimes, background jobs that update data for dashboards can fail or be delayed. Verify with "Excecute Now' button and see after sometimes.

share snaps of script in for intervals.
