Hi All,
Posting a query regarding the dashboard.
Use Case: There is a user, who needs to see a performance analytics dashboard when impersonated. The same user should be able to add the Performance analytics widget when trying to add widgets. But the same user is not able to see the performance analytics widget option in the dropdown.
I have tried sharing the dashboard with view and edit access, also the user has itil role , pa_viewer role.
What workaround needs to be done to make the performance analytics option visible in the widget dropdown.
Looking forward to hear some workarounds and solutions. Thanks for the support.
Regards,
Anirudhron

Did you try 'pa_admin'?
But please also explain your requirement. What do you mean that a user should see a dashboard when impersonated?
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hello Mark, good day.
Yes even i have tried pa_admin.
So to elaborate my ask, when the user is impersonated they should be able to see the "Performance analytics" widget category in the dropdown. I have posted the screenshot how the dropdown looks like. This option is not visible when i try to impersonate the user with the mentioned roles.
Thanks
