Display Target and Gap in Single score indicator in PA

What are the steps to display Target and Gap in Single Score Indicator in PA Dashboard? (As per attached Image)
Although, I have created the Target from Analytics Hub, but it is displaying within Analytic hub not in Indicator. (Below are images for your reference)

I do have pa_admin access.
