Facing issue with the PA dashboard filters

I have a Performance Analytics (PA) dashboard that includes multiple PA reports. I’ve also added breakdown sources for the dashboard — such as 'Groups', 'Active Users' etc.

Below is a screenshot showing how the breakdown source appears on the dashboard:

However, I’m facing an issue — when I open the breakdown dropdown for Groups, it does not display all available groups. Only a few are shown.

Here’s the issue for reference:

My questions:

1. Why are not all groups showing up in the dropdown?
2.  Is there any known limitation to the number of items shown in the breakdown filter?
3.  Is there a configuration or data condition that might be filtering the results?

Appreciate any insights or suggestions!

Seems like your configuration is correct. have you looked at the property called: com.snc.pa.breakdown_element_ui_max_records

Perfect, it worked. It had a value of 100. I increased that value, and then it worked.
