I am trying to create an Incident MTTR Analysis dashboard in ServiceNow Performance Analytics similar to the attached screenshot.
Requirements:
- Incident Count as Bar Chart
- MTTR (Hours) as Line Chart
- Dual Y-Axis
- Monthly trend
- Separate reports for Priority 1/2 and Priority 3/4
Could anyone please suggest the best way to configure this in Performance Analytics and calculate MTTR correctly?
