Insights in Platform Analytics says 'no insights to display'

Trying to create a new dashboard with 'Platform Analytics'. Despite creating indicators and configuring targets and thresholds in a way that they are being breached- I am not able to get any insight card show up. Is there a setting hat needs to be enabled.

The dashboard setting has insights and all kinds of insight options already enabled. I'm using the default setting s of now
