Issue with the PA indicator scores which are retrieving same count for every month

I have created an indicator and an indicator source to track all the resolved incident counts for the last two years. Additionally, I set up an on-demand job to generate the scores. However, after running the job, I noticed that the same count is repeating for every month. I have verified that the frequency of the indicator source is set to monthly, but I’m not sure where I made a mistake. Can anyone help me with this issue?

have you looked in your scheduled jobs for errors? As far as I recall, it can’t go back 36 months according to property settings. Furthermore, what is it that you would like to see? In general according to your configuration, you collect 36 months back on a monthly basis - right? Is this on purpose?

 


@AndersBGS, i have also configured for last 12 months as well to check. But same issue.

Ok, in general I would recommend to make two automated indicators (one for count and one for sum) and above that, create a formula indicator to get the average (sum / count). At current moment I can see that you're utilizing a script instead... Could this be the reason?
