loosing data in platform analytics dashboard

Dear All,

while adding a widget in PA-Dashboards we tempt to loose the entire widget configuration overnight and / or get weird information within the widget. Not really re-producable it happens and it happens not.

Anyone did come across this behavior

From the error it seems that the config isn't saved before you start on the next widget. It's always a good thing to save the DV before you add another one.

Thanks, I ll see if thats a Layer 8 issue on my behalf  🙂  - but it doesnt explain the empty widgets overnight.

DV = Data Visualization. Report was easier to type, but they aren't called that anymore.
The only thing to that 'overnight' thing you can do (since it's not reproduceable), is to take screenshots of it working, including the config and then again when it's not and create a NowSupport case, showing the differences. Only then they can see what happened to them.
