Need help on creating combined Dashboard for RITM, INC and CR. 

I have created below but I need view based on Monthly bases rather than how it is showing same day, 2 days not sure why it is showing like this.

looks like you used a Bar chart
you would need to do a Column

Assuming you want it to look something like this
