not able see the filters in a report

Hi All,
I have created 1 report with few conditions using Ui builder, when I click on the report it is redirecting to workspace view, but I don't see the filters which I gave in a report. and we are using Washington DC release can someone look into my problem & solve my issue.

was this working fine earlier?
If yes then did you recently upgrade?
It works for me for OOB one
Did you check how it's configured?

No, I am trying to duplicate the reports which we have already created using dashboard to i am trying to UI builder, I also checked in OOB it is working fine for as well but I have verified the configuration I don't see any issue.
