how to create a filter condition in PA dashboard -- Filtering must be on a global level - A user should be able to select a name and see all associated Assignement Groups Associated with them and metrics adjusted where they are at a minimum of four levels of management of those groups, preferrably 6 levels. Additionally, they should be able to select more than 1 name for this filter.
