We have a request from a process owner to be able to report on how long an incident's Major Incident State was set to Proposed before it was Accepted or Rejected. As far as we can tell the incident_metric database view only tracks the state duration for Incident State and not MI State so we're looking at Performance Analytics as a solution instead. I was wondering if anyone in the community has experience with a similar ask and, if so, would they be able to provide some insight on how they configured their indicators and indicator sources.
