Trend for Incident created resolved and backlog

Hello Experts

 

I want to create a trend report with 

two bars - Incident created and Incident Resolved

And a line/ trend to show total backlog

 

Is it possible to create this with Reporting module or we can create this with PA. How can we create this with PA?

Yes, it is possible both through the report designer and through performance analytics. Through report designer you can create a report based on incident created. Afterwards add two additional datasets - one for resolved and one for backlog.

If you rather wants to utilize performance analytics, you need to create the indicator source, three automated indicators, pa job and a widget to contain the three different automated indicator.
