Dear Experts,

I have created an indicator on the base configuration table, but i am unable to create a breakdown that will show the separation of class with count on the managed by group which is empty... Is there any use case like this.. ??? Any help with this case will be appreciated ??

Hi Nilanjan,

If your Managed by Group field is empty, the breakdown on that won't return results—Performance Analytics can’t count nulls by default. A workaround is to create a scripted breakdown or a custom field that assigns "Unassigned" to empty groups, then use that for breakdowns.

Let me know if you want help setting that up!

Can you share screenshot of indicator configuration and explain the requirement ?

Thanks,

Hi @Nilanjan1 ,

Enable Unmatched / Empty value in the Breakdown Source so that blank Managed by Group values are grouped together and Use a Scripted Breakdown Mapping if simple field mapping doesn’t cover the scenario. That way, you can script logic: if current.managed_by_group is empty, return a special element. Otherwise, map normally....
