Is it possible to see the 2nd Breakdown in a Performance Analytics Breakdown widget? I'm trying to achieve a pivot table style with the structure below:
-Assignment Group 1
--User 1
--User 2
-Assignment Group 2
--User 3
--User 4
This question seems to indicate that it is possible https://www.servicenow.com/community/platform-analytics-forum/breakdown-on-2-levels-in-pa/m-p/125407...
However this docs page indicates that the 2nd Breakdown is a filter
I have the Calculate Breakdown Matrix enabled and a relationship between the breakdowns. When I add a 2nd Breakdown to the widget, it acts like a filter (as the documentation page linked above explains)

Hi Michael,
You can build a pivot scorecard widget in PA, but it won't be quite like the visualization in your screenshot. Reference below:
Create a pivot scorecard visualization for a breakdown widget
Additionally, if there aren't too many groups in your scenario, you could consider create scorecard widgets for each Group (similar to your screenshot) then break down by Assignee.
Cheers,
Tai Vu

I ended up creating a scorecard widget for each assignment group.... kind of clumsy but clumsy is the norm in PA 😞

Hi @Michael Culhan1 ,
The second breakdown on a widget is "just" an additional filter to the first widget. Basic, this will not give you the view that you're looking for. Instead, I would agree with @Tai Vu on the pivot table in the report designer if you want to see incidents by users and by assignment groups.

Thanks. Is it possible to display PA data (indicators, breakdowns) in the regular report designer?

Hi @Michael Culhan1 ,
No, it is not - it's two different solutions.
