Additional Conditions not Working - Automated Indicator

Hi All,

 Brand new to PA and I am obviously doing something basic wrong here, but i cant get the Additional conditions to work on a simple Automated Indicator.

I am doing a basic indicator based off of the Cases.Resolved source.

When i add the condition "Group resolved by" is "Global Supplier Air" (valid options the console allows me to pick from lists) save update and then show the scorecard, it brings back all cases resolved and does not apply the additional conditions. If i review the records in what is returned i can see various records where Global Supplier air is populating the Group resolved by field.

All advice gratefully received.

After you made the change to the indicator did you run the data collection job for that indicator?

Performance Analytics works off of snapshots of data stored in a scores table that needs to be collected.

You have to run collector for historical data to update scorecard. 

However, please remember all data will be overwritten so if you don't want to loose any data I suggest creating new indicator and running collector job only for that one.
