Is there a way that I can get an average number of incidents per month for the last year as a single number readout? I have not been able to use the average aggregation to return the correct number.
Thanks Oliver

Hi @OliverB ,
Ok, got it - no you can't do that. average aggregation is only based on that the field is a number so you can do a sum and then an aggregation. For a count you can't do aggregation through the report builder, hence performance analytics is needed.

Trying to find out even in PA how to achieve it, clueless. All I have achieved is getting average number of incidents for a month, not per month for current year.

I can get a lot of average scores but I cannot seem to find an option to retrieve the average volume of tickets over a set time duration.
