Average of 2 Formula Indicators

Hi 

I have created 2 different formula indicators now i want to find the average of the both, but i am having issue in finding results it says no data available. Formula is - ([[CSAT]]+[[HR]])/2.

Please help me find the solution. What can be the issue??

Hi @groverdhairya ,

If both automated indicators is present, but one doesn't have any data in it, then you need to fix that one. What that one gets populated with data, then your formula indicator should work as expected.

Shouldn't it take it as 0 and provide the average. is this limitation or something.

Hi @groverdhairya ,

Hope the 'Unit' field of both the automated indicators is #(number). Once u get the output as numbers from the automated indicator, your formula indicator should work as expected.
