Average of 2 Formula Indicators

Hi 

I have created 2 different formula indicators now i want to find the average of the both, but i am having issue in finding results it says no data available. Formula is - ([[CSAT]]+[[HR]])/2.

Please help me find the solution. What can be the issue??

These attached are 2 automated indicator with which we are calculating % of IT and same for HR.

Hi @groverdhairya ,

No, you can't calculate an average with a 0 as this will always give 0 at the end after the formula. You need to have data entries in both automated indicators.

Hope the Job is created for those automated indicators and they are active. If yes,

pls check the condition under additional condition tab which u have specified for those automated indicators

Does that return any value in the list view ?

The problem should be somewhere around this.
