It's possible - I'd make sure the indicator is in the job, and that there aren't any errors in the Job Logs. I would have thought that it would update on a forced manual collection, but maybe it doesn't.
One thing you can also try, (provided this is a new indicator/score that you're trying to set up, don't do this if you've got data for years!) you can go to the Indicator and view the 'Scoresheet' in the links (not the Scorecard). On the scoresheet you should see the array with the combinations of the Group/Manager at least represented there, even if there's no data. But you can also go to the top right corner and "Delete Scores". Then it should allow it to recollect. But again, don't lose a ton of data over it - we're almost to the end of the month, it may be worth it to wait!
If you DO have a lot of scores already, you can try recollecting that indicator, by itself on a new Historic job that goes back at least 30 days, to capture the beginning of this month. But if you use one of the existing Historic jobs, you run the risk of losing/corrupting scores for all the other indicators on the list.
So that's an important note: When adding new indicators after go-live, make sure the historic collection you run is by itself, because numbers are less accurate on a historic for some indicators than on a daily.
