Wanting to know if we can edit the tooltip that appears when hovering over a value on a Performance Analytics Scorecard widget. (See attached screenshot)
By default, the tooltip only offers redundant information - we are hoping to input our own text.

Sadly, there's no easy way to achieve this. You got to do it the hard way.
The tooltip on value hover for Performance Analytics Scorecard widgets is not directly configurable via out-of-the-box widget settings.
To display truly custom content, the widget must be cloned and the tooltip logic manually updated in its script.
