Cannot save report

We have an ITIL user who is part of the report_group role, but all of a sudden has lost the ability to save a report.   The save button is active and he is able to click on it, even receives the message that the report was created, but when returning to view reports, it is not there.   I have tried Incident table, Task table, none of the reports will save.

Any suggestions?   Seems it is user specific....

This ITIL user in the following roles:

dependency_views

itil

template_editor

view_changer

report_group

certification

catalog

Another ITIL user who has a similar job role who can save reports fine, is in the same roles that are listed above.

Hi Mary,



Could you just check for the same user in different browser. Also, if required you can try removing itil role & then associating it again.



All of above you can check the reports if the user has saved in the Reports >> View/Run >> My Reports section of the report.

We have tried the same user where 2 different people have impersonated and it is the same results.   We also removed the ITIL Role on the 31st and re-added it, with the same results.



I have checked in all areas of Reports > View/Run and none of them show in any of the views.

I am having the same issue. I have created Reports in the past and they have always worked. Now, I am trying to create a new report, I hit Save and it says it saves, but it is nowhere to be found. I tried in a different browser and got the same result.

We are currently running Jakarta.

We actually found that the user in question had the Favorites Star selected, and so it was only showing reports that were "favorited"

We just de-selected the favorite star so that it would show all of the reports saved.

Felt really dumb after we discovered this...
