Hello Guys! There is an original post since winter 2024 and no one could help Invalid Configuration Error on CIO Dashborad - ServiceNow Community, however in comments I see more people have this issue more and more.And now I am one of them.

Maybe someone of you found a solution?

CIO Dashboard was succesfully implemeted.  I can see CIO Dashboard Metric Config records which shows our data on the dashboard, but not all we need. 

In some widgets I see an error:

"Invalid configuration. Invalid value for group_by field: 4565764546700b96665765756. Contact your ServiceNow administrator for more information."

This error appears on most of the widgets within the dashboard tabs and verticals.

try to modify the indicator in ui builder for the tab you are getting error in 

u can change group by from ui builder then it will work
