Combined report for incident and requests resolved\closed

I need a report to show incidents resolved and requests closed in a combined figure for our service desk analysts 

I can currently get a separate figure using the incident table and the request table to show this but want a combined report of the 2 to be able to use and display on a dashboard. 

 

Pease help

Its very simple the report which you generated separately on incident & request. Instead of that you can use table as TASK which is parent table for Incident, Request

 

Apply the same condition which you have for incident or request report and just add one more condition as shown below:

 

Task type is one of   Incident, sc_request

Hello Abdul, i have a question about these report. If i use the table TASK then some of the tickets are not shown. For example ik cannot select STATE: canceld or STATE: on hold. Somehow are these states not selectable or not working. ANy idea?

 

Hi Joepbuur, I had some problems with state too. I had several "is not" states statements. I changed it to a "list" type-statement. That sorted my problem. I could find all states needed. And I just checked that I can see the two states "cancelled" and "on hold" that you asked for too. Hope it helps 🙂
