Combining multiple elements in breakdown

Hi Folks,

 

I have one requirement for PA dashboard, where I have to create supporting widgets with multiple breakdowns.

Ex: supporting widget1: I want to display the assignment group >> Element - Software, from the automated indicator - (10 Tickets)

      supporting widget2: I want to display the assignment group >> Element - Hardware, from the automated indicator - (15 Tickets)

      supporting widget3: I want to display the assignment group >> Element - Network, from the automated indicator - (20 Tickets)

      supporting widget4: I want to display the assignment group >> Combination of Elements - "Software + Hardware + Network", from the automated indicator - (10 Tickets) + (15 Tickets) + (20 Tickets) = 45 Tickets.

 

Can anyone help me to achieve the supporting widget4 requirement, getting the combination of elements at one go.

In the pa widget it is not possible to select multiple elements of breakdown. The only option would be to create different breakdown where software/hardware and network would be combined.

 

You can however easily achieve it in platform analytics in inline dashboards/ data visualisations. There you would ass 3 data sources with setting you need, as there you can select multiple elements (as long as your indicator allows it).
