Configuring Indicator List View Columns for All Users in Platform Analytics

Hello,

I need to configure the list view (add a few columns and remove some existing ones) for all users in the Platform Analytics workspace for indicators. However, I couldn’t find where this configuration can be done. I checked the UI Builder but didn’t see any option to configure the list view of indicators.

Is anyone aware of where this configuration can be managed?

Note: I want to configure this list for all users, not just for my own profile.

I have attached the screenshot for better understanding

Thanks

Moin

Hi @moinuddinka

  • Type pa_indicators.list in your navigation filter.

  • Right-click any column header and select Configure > List Layout.

  •  Choose the correct workspace view from the dropdown, adjust your columns, and click Save.

That would work for a list, but @moinuddinka is not showing a list. He is showing the indicator library. Library pages do not use the list component and are not affected by list layouts. The library consists of custom, scriptable components, and you cannot change anything in UI Builder.

@jeffrubinoff Do you know where we can configure this list layout? I checked that the data displayed in this list comes from the database view pa_indicator_management_db_view, but I couldn’t find where this configuration is managed. Is it actually possible to configure it or not?
