I want to add a dashboard to the user analytics dashboard
and also configure the time range that it shows users have been active on the platform. currently does not show hourly.
Is there a way this can be configured?

HI @Immanuel Ho ,
I trust you are doing fine.
To achieve this, we can follow these steps:
Create a new dashboard:
- Log in to ServiceNow with your admin account.
- Navigate to the ServiceNow dashboard module.
- Click on "Create New Dashboard" to start creating a new dashboard.
Add widgets to the dashboard:
- Select the desired widgets from the available options, such as "Active Users," "User Activity," or any other relevant widgets related to user analytics.
- Drag and drop these widgets onto the newly created dashboard.
Configure the time range for user activity:
- Open the dashboard settings or click on the gear icon on the dashboard.
- Look for the option to configure the time range for user activity. This may vary depending on the version of ServiceNow you are using.
- Adjust the time range to show hourly data instead of the default time range.
Save and publish the dashboard:
- Once you have added the desired widgets and configured the time range, save the dashboard configuration.
- Publish the dashboard to make it available for users.

We considered this solution but the efforts required to do this would be substantial and it won't be as good as the user analytics dashboard as it is quite complex, we have decided to go with 2 dashboards, using the User analytics dashboard and a secondary dashboard for any data that isnt able to be displayed there

Hello Immanuel,
User Experience Analytics dashboard cannot be configured by Admins. If there are specific dashboard for example - Virtual Agent which is also part of User Experience Analytics you can edit the pages using UI builder
