Container Widget for PA Dashboard

Hi - I wanted to group a number of widgets into a single container and format them for better style. I have pa_admin role but I am not seeing an option to create a container widget in the dashboard configuration. Is the container widget available for the PA dashboard and if so, how can I access it, pleasE?
