Can an existing Dashboard be copied or moved to a Tab within another dashboard, i.e., I'd prefer not not to rebuild it?

If you haven't created the other dashboard, you can clone the dashboard, which should also clone the tabs.

Do you want to copy it or share the same tab on two dashboards?

BTW: Adam, Why is "Owner" required? I can see auto-populating it on creation, yet an admin can set permissions and visibility without it. It is a bit of an annoyance. Hence, I'm likely going to turn it off. Bill

Owner is the user who can share the dashboard. The legacy dashboards don't have an owner and can only be shared by pa_admins I think (perhaps pa_power_users). When there is an owner, that user can share it. Just having edit access to a dashboard does not allow you to share it.
