Create common report for Incidents and Service Requests assigned to a particular group

Hi All, 

We have a customer requirement where they need a common report for multiple tables. 
One of the requirements is that they need a report for all the Incidents and Service Requests assigned to a particular group. Could you please help in the solution and also help me know whether there is more customization required.

Hi Indira,

Yes this is possible through normal reporting.

1) Create Incident report of bar chart type and group by 'Assignment group'.

2) Using below Icon click and create new data set like you see in below screenshot.

3) Select sc_request as table and type as bar and group by 'Assignment group', Save data set and run then automatically it will display All incidents and service request with group by 'Assignment group' like in below screenshot. Mark my answer as correct or hit like based on impact.
