Can I create and aging report using filters in Snow or is the report only generated using a script? if I can create an aging report using filters, how should I set up my filters?

1. Type Report in application navigator
2. Under Report application select "Create New"
3. Give it a name and other details and click next:
4. Select Bar chart in report type or whatever other type you want and click next.
5. Select Created in Group by so that proper aging of incident tickets can be calculated and let other things be like in the screenshot below:
6. The report is ready above but click next if you need to do some other configurations like chart color chart size etc or else you can simply share the report by clicking share button to the user or group.
Please mark my answer helpful if this helped you in any way. Thanks

Thanks, I need to add filters to create an aging report for incidents for 14, 30 and 90 days. For some reason, I am not able to come up with the right filters to produce this. I've tried different filters however, I'm not getting the results i need.

Hi John,
If you want scripting method you can refer to this link it has a great solution.
Aging reports on Incident
Or if you want configurations maybe you can try creating a dashboard and create different reports and add them all to that dashboard.
