Cumulative report

Hi all,

Is it possible, without performance analytics, to have a cumulative trend report that displays the amount of incidents that were active in a specific date / week / month / quarter?

It is not possible. Using normal report you can report on fixed dates like closed, opened.

If you want to check how many were active you will need to use PA as it is collecting data every day i.e. Opened, Active that day.

This way you can go back in time and actually see how many were active on that date, week, month.
