Dashboard Builder Open Cases Simple List page

Hi there,

I have created a Manager Dashboard via Dashboard Builder.   I have single Score data point that I am hoping I can make click though to the Cases of the behind the single score numbers.  similar to how adding the Open Simple List page works under the Events in UI Builder.

Is this something that is Possible in Dashboard Builder or does it not have click though capability?  If it does... could you explain to me ow to add that functionality to my metrics.

With a Single Score in Performance Analytics, you are not able to have it drilldown to a Simple List Report.  However, in the Indicator, you can tell it to Collect Records, and then when you click on the Single Score it will open in the Analytics Hub and you will be able to see the records.

Also make sure that you select Publish on Analytics Hub

There is not a Simple List Widget in PA, so this is the way you can access the Records.

Once you are in the Analytics Hub, click on Show Records
