Dashboard Creation

I am unable to create a dashboard and make a report out of it. Whatever is given in the youtube video doesnt resonate with my dashboard. what can I do here?

What issue do you encounter? I can see that you're utilizing platform analytics which is the new reporting capability in ServiceNow.
