Hello team , 

what could be the reason, why dashboard is not refreshing auto ? what all primary things we need to check?

Hi @pramn 

 

Have you verified the data refresh for the dashboard in the platform analytics try to set the minimum refresh time is 10 min.

Which release are you on and is it all components or only some components e.g. lists etc.
