Dashboard PA Sharing

Hi everyone, I've searched some forums but haven't found anything similar.

I'm trying to share a dashboard with the entire company, but I can't find the right group for it.

If I share it person by person it works, but I'm talking about more than 6000 people, so I'd like to know if you know what the correct role or group is.

When sharing a dashboard within platform analytics you have these given options:

I would suggest you to either share for a specific role e.g. snc_internal if all users have this, or alternative create a group with all users in it - that would be best practice.

Create a group like 'Public dashboard access' and add all users to it. Create a flow to handle new users being added and users that are inactive to be removed. That way you will always have all active users.

Be aware that this only works for reports with data all users have access to.
