Data Source in Platform Analytics Workspace

*Inside the performance analytics, I tried adding the data source.
*For that I selected the table -> Then applied a condition -> Then Clicked on Run button
*After that data is not showing below, Instead it is showing a message "The list of records could not be loaded.   Please contact the administrator".
*After I clicked Add this source, then data is not showing in the dashboard saying "Unknown Error Occurred".

What should I do ?

I have never seen this happen with the Incident table. I always use it for testing and have never had a problem. Are you able to access the table directly and see what it looks like? If not, ask your administrator.
