Hello all.
I'd like tu use an interactive filters (OOTB) on a custom dashboard in order to filter a custom report ( a bar chart) that shows data from a database view (OOTB, incident_sla), but it doesn't work.
All the necessary checks are flagged.
Do the interactive filters work only on table-based report e not for database view-based report?
Thanks in advance

Interactive filters do work on Database views but you need to add Interactive Filter Reference for that database view.
Below the interactive filter form, you will see a related list "Interactive Filter Reference", click on New, select the database view in the reference table and reference field on which you want to filter.
Mark correct if that helps.

Yes they do work but you need to select the appropriate Tick box on the Choice List Interactive Filter
