Difference Between By Month sum and By month sum+ time series is Performance analytics

Hi All,

I have created an indicator named 'requested item closed monhtly' . I put the indicator in a widget and apply time series as 'By month sum' for that widget. 

When i drill down the widget it doesnt show any data for the breakdowns for some months( say October).

But when i change the time series to 'by month sum +' and select the month October it shows data for the breakdowns.

For same month , when i select by month and by month sum + , there is mis match in breakdowns.

the over all score of the month is same in these two different time series.

As per my understanding , by month sum shows the sum of the records till last month and

by month sum + will show sum of the records till the current month

Is there any more difference between sum and sum+ time series ( and also for by week sum and by week sum+).

If any one knows how to solve this issue, kindly post the answer here.

Sometimes it happens when period was not completed. 

Using SUM+ forces to complete period and shows scores.

Check if all indicators have collected all data in all these periods and have scores.

You might need to recollect data for indicators.

Also if you still cannot see data for these months try to uncheck Render Continous Lines setting in indicators. It is sometimes the cause.

Will checking the over ride collection period in indicator works??

For by month sum+ ther eis no problem, 

when selecting by month sum, ther eis no data on breakdowns.

some time there is no score for indicator also..

You are checking sum.

Please check single days scores. 

Please recollect data for these months as well.

Have you checked render line checkbox?
