Disable report Drilldown not working at Dashboard

Hi,

I created a few dashboards for a customer with lots of reports, and now the customer is asking to disable the drilldown to the list of records of the report when you click it.

I saw a documentation on how to do this (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/reporting/task/set-report-on-click.html) and it works fina at the report, when I click, it goes to the link I configured at the report, but when I click the report inside the dashboard, it stills drilldown the information.

Is anyone aware of this? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

I've had a similar experience, especially with trying to disable drill down on Service Portal reports. It looks like you can configure drill down behavior, but not disable it completely as far as I could tell.... I ended up doing a not so great workaround where I made the drill down URL the same as the report URL so it would refresh the page if the user clicked on the report to drill down. Definitely not an ideal solution/UX but that was all I could think to do.

Hi Steve, I understand we can't just disable any action, and what I'm planning to do is similar, but my post is because if I run the report and click on it, the URL works fine, but when I open the Dashboard and click at the report inside the dashboard, it still drilldown to the list of record. The URL doesn't work.

The report will be used mostly at the dashboard, so I need it to work at the dashboard.

Hi

I find the way like my screenshot. But I did it for service portal.
