Hi guys.
I need some help. In my servicenow instance, everytime that i created a data visualization, the legend duplicate.
This only happens when my instance is set for portuguese (PB). When i change to english, the legend don't duplicate.
Even when i rename and save it, on reaload of the page, the legend duplicate again.
Exemple
1) When the instance language is english the legend is unique:
2) When the instance language is portuguese the legend duplicate:
I understanded this problem maybe caused by the language plugin, but i wanna understand how this can be solved.
Anyone has ou haved the same problem? how it was solved?
My stakeholders don't use/understand data in english, and this problem are being a big pain to deal if.
Any help would be good.
Tks!

Thanks for the answer, i understand this, but my problem is related with the legend duplicating in thegraph when i rename in portuguese-brazil.
My indicators is unic, and shows a different data, the problem is that when i put more than one indicator in a widget/element, the legend duplicated, and even when i rename, the problem remains.

Hello,
switch your language to Portuguese and then go to the Data Visualization on the Dashboard and enter editing mode.
Rename The Data Source and Metric accordingly.
Cheers

Hi, LT6!
This is what we are doing, but the names keep repeating :(.
It's more like a bug, that a problem with the way we create/rename and etc.

Hi,
I have exactly the same error as you. I have found a workaround that works for us.
Like LT6 described, you also need to start. Switch to your language and go to edit mode.
Give your datasets the correct names in Metric.
Click on Add and select a data source. It only worked for me if the label remained empty. So you must have already defined the name correctly beforehand.
It should look something like this for you now
Now you just have to delete your original data source in Metric and it should work.
Unfortunately, it's a bit tricky and it doesn't always work straight away, but it worked for us. I wish you a good luck with that
